Three new names added to Bramley War Memorial.
On Tuesday 6th June 2017 we will be flying our Union Flag to commemorate Peter Paylor, who passed away towards the end of last year. Peter was a D Day veteran who attended the Unveiling of Bramley War Memorial in 2014 at the age of 91 and laid a wreath in remembrance of those lost on D Day, 1944.
Those lost include two local men commemorated on our Memorial, Jack Illingworth 20 and George William Tilley 21. Both will be commemorated on 6th June 2017.
