Three new names added to Bramley War Memorial.
Lawrence Scarborough, 22 was a Private in the West Yorkshire Regiment (Prince of Wales Own) and died in Myanmar (formerly Burma) as a prisoner of war on 10th April 1942. He was the son of John T and Elizabeth Scarborough of Bramley.
We were pleased to receive this photograph from a relative in August. Lawrence is remembered on Panel 4 (right hand side) of Bramley War Memorial.
